Fintraffic Raide Oy and Mipro Oy have signed an agreement to provide maintenance and support services for traffic control systems. The agreement aims to ensure the right measures to secure the systems’ functionalities and quick and effective solutions during disruptions.

The 24/7/365 service includes all the preventive maintenance and support measures for the systems provided by Mipro, which enables the high usability and efficient operations of the systems. Preventive maintenance includes for example remote monitoring. The support service side covers user support as well as support in problem situations.
