HOW WE PROCESS YOUR DATA

The data stored in register of customers and stakeholders is processed for following purposes :

To provide products and services, to provide support and maintenance for the products and services, and to manage our relations with our customers.

Primarily we collect personal data to provide you and the company you represent products and services. The data is also used to manage the relations between us, and the company you represent. In this case, we process the data based on the agreement between us, and the company you represent.

For marketing, sending newsletters, organizing events and to contact new potential customers.

We may contact you, in order to tell you about new features of products and services we offer, and to market them, by sending marketing- and newsletters, or by calling you. We organize events and partake trade fairs, where we demonstrate our services. In these cases, prosessing is based on our legitimate interest to provide information as a part of a service, and marketing them. To improve our products and services.

Developing our products and services is important for us. We want to regularly know, how we have met your expectations. In order to know this, we may use your personal data for marketing research and satisfaction surveys. Data obtained from these is used to internal reporting in order to improve quality and upcoming features of our products and services. Your data is processed on basis of our legitimate interest of ensuring quality of our services, for future development, and to support our business management. In order to fulfil our legal obligations, (for example relating to accounting or to fulfil queries by tax authorities based on law), we may process personal data related to you, if it is relevant to fulfilling our legal obligations.

We may save and process your personal data with your consent, if you have taken part in training or orientation provided by us regarding our products and services. This data is used when required to asses further education needs or to assess qualifications. Note that some of the training may be related to cases where we have legal obligation to store and review provided training, in order to check and prove your eligibility to work at some of our work sites.

In our register of customers and stakeholders, depending on categorization, several different kinds of data is collected. You may be a part of one, or several categories. We collect only the data relevant to the category and use of it. The categories, and the data collected are:

Customer contacts

  • Basic information, such as name and address, your phone number and email address
  • The name of the company you work for, and your role in the company
  • Data related to contracts we and the company you work for have engaged in
  • Data related to your feedback to given to us
  • Data on the consent given, and whether or not you have forbidden processing your information regarding product- and service-related mailings and surveys.

Stakeholders

  • Basic information, such as name and address, your phone number and email address.
  • The name of the company you work for, and your role in the company
  • Data on the consent given, and whether or not you have forbidden processing your information regarding product- and service-related mailings and surveys.

Contacts for support services.

  • Basic information, such as name and address, your phone number and email address.
  • The name of the company you work for, and your role in the company
  • Support ticket related data, and the data you provide as a part of ongoing support or service assignment
  • Data on the consent given, and whether or not you have forbidden processing your information regarding product- and service-related mailings and surveys.

Potential customers

  • Basic information, such as name and address, your phone number and email address.
  • The name of the company you work for, and your role in the company
  • Other personal data you have provided for us, that help us to categorize you as a potential customer (such as, which products and services you are interested in)
  • Data on the consent given, and whether or not you have forbidden processing your information regarding product- and service-related mailings and surveys.

Training participants

  • Basic information, such as name and address, your phone number and email address.
  • The name of the company you work for
  • The time and date of the training you took part in
  • Possible data on the grade and completion of the training.

Event participants

  • Name and contact information
  • Time and date of the event
  • Possible data on food restrictions

For the events, that have catering, we collect information on the possible food-related restrictions. This data is available only to person(s) organizing the event, and is deleted after the event. Data is not stored as a part of a larger register.

Also, as a data subject, if you exercise your right to access, correct or update your data, this information is also stored of you.
