Mipro’s people are experienced and competent experts in railway and industrial safety, and water and energy management. They have in-depth business knowledge, co-operation skills and capabilities to manage the comprehensive development and delivery of projects. They also manage the respective legislation and authority regulations required in the constantly changing operational environment.

Developing knowledge 

Maintaining and developing knowledge in the constantly changing operational environment leads to benefits for individual employees and the whole company. We develop our knowledge to accomplish our company strategy and enhance our market position. A high level of knowledge provides us with strong capabilities to face changes. 

To assess the knowledge and to set the target level we carry out regular discussions on personnel development which serve to clarify our personnel’s career objectives and training needs. Information on knowledge gaps is collected through job satisfaction questionnaires and customer satisfaction investigations. 

Personnel training

Mipro supports our personnel’s knowledge development in all career stages. Learning at work is an easy and efficient way to develop self-knowledge. Our learning at work methods include project participation and trainer jobs. We also support self-motivated learning to complete a diploma degree or attain other qualifications.

Mipro’s project personnel regularly participate in project management related in-house trainings and trainings arranged by external institutes. These ensure that we have the latest information on business line legislation and effective project management methods and tools.

To ensure up-to-date knowledge and skills in railway safety projects, our personnel have TÜV Functional Safety Engineer certification.
